About Me

I studied psychology and anthropology when I was an undergrad at University of Pittsburgh, and I got my Master degree in Mental Health Counseling from University of Pennsylvania in 2019. Since my graduate school, I have been working with various populations from different cultures, both children and adults, at different settings (school and community mental health) to provide individual, couple, and family therapy to help them navigate different challenges in life including anxiety, depression, trauma, immigration stress, relationship problems, parenting stress, etc.

When I am not at work, I like to play with my dog Maple, practice yoga, go to local movie theaters, play guitar and read.
