More About Me
I studied psychology and anthropology when I was an undergrad at University of Pittsburgh, and I got my Master degree in Mental Health Counseling from University of Pennsylvania in 2019. I studied abroad in Florence for a summer, where I explored the differences between mental health systems in Italy and the United States. Since my graduate school, I have been working with various populations from different cultures, both children and adults, at different settings (school and community mental health). I provide individual, couple, and family therapy to help them navigate different challenges in life including anxiety, depression, trauma, immigration stress, relationship problems, parenting stress, etc.

I love nature, animals, and traveling. I love my dog Maple. I love going to movie theaters, yoga, coffee, and tea. I value genuine connections with people.
