How Do I Know if Therapy is Working? 

Everyone's progress in therapy looks very different. The occurrence of it also takes time. I believe your embodied experience is always a strong indicator of whether or not therapy is working for you or if you and your therapist are a good match. You should feel safe, supported, and not afraid to express yourself in this space; there also might be times when you feel challenged, uncomfortable, or even overwhelmed. It's a normal part of therapy because self-awareness often increases one's anxiety. As your therapist, I'd always create space for us to process any changes in your thoughts and feelings.

Fee and Insurance

Insurance that I take:

  • Aetna

  • United Healthcare

Out of network: I charge $175 per session (60min). I can also provide superbill on a monthly basis for you to get reimbursed if you have out-of-network benefits. 

Navigating health insurance can be very overwhelming, especially if this is your first time seeking therapy. I am here to support you. If you are not sure about your insurance plan, feel free to email me with your insurance info, your full name and DOB. I can verify your benefits from my end :)
